Growth Partners Africa is a capacity development organization targeting the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and organizations that work with them. We work alongside our clients to contribute to the achievement of their goals and objectives and in so doing achieve our mission of ‘growing enterprises, impacting the future.’
How we work
We first assess the needs of our potential clients to establish possible value addition. We only pick assignments with clear wins for the parties involved. Our interventions vary from short to medium term with clear exit strategies when the client organization is mature and can stand on its own. The terms of engagement are reviewed periodically to assess need for continuity. However, we value long term relationships and we keep in close contact with our clients whether we are working together on a project or way after the end of the project. For assignments that require additional capacity, we have a wide pool of associates who we can call upon on a need by need basis.
